Holiday House Scivitella is the choice of a sustainable and responsible tourism, which values and promotes a historical place in the heart of the Unesco World Heritage Amalfi Coast, the surrounding landscape and the traditions linked to the territory. The villa has been restructured in full respect of the traditional architectural heritage, with typical rooms of the old residences in Amalfi Coast with pointed arches and vaulted ceilings lowered. The surrounding terraces, overlooking the enchanting landscape of the coast, are planted with characteristics plants of the territory: olives, lemons, oranges. In the garden, apartment's guests will harvest the seasonal vegetables to prepare very delicious dishes.

The garden is large 150 square meters and is gently sheltered from the sun by the trees. A small courtyard, shared by the apartments, with a particularly pleasant atmosphere, is available to guests of the Villa for reading and relaxing in absolute tranquility. Suspended in the enchanting scenery of the valley of Santa Croce, the Holiday House Scivitella, from the top of the hill, opens to you the enchanting scenery on the Gulf of Salerno, on the Amalfi Coast until the Li Galli islands, with the Monastery of Santa Rosa on the right that leans against the rocky ridge of Conca dei Marini and on the coast you admire the villages of Amalfi: Pastena and Lone. Holiday House Scivitella consists of two comfortable and bright apartments that have the names of the plants grown in the surrounding terraces: Lauro e Ulivo.
In Amalfi Coast
Holiday House Scivitella is about 3.5 km far from Amalfi, where you will find restaurant, shops, terminal bus, the Cathedral, museums, the beaches and the marina. About one km from the Villa there is a restaurant with swimming pool service with a fee, where you can be accessed by reservation. In the nearby there are: 1.5 km a supermarket, 500 meters the stop Sita bus to Amalfi or to the near village of Pogerola where there are shops, pizzerias and restaurants, 1.5 km lies the spectacular Duoglio Beach reachable by a walk down through an old staircase of 300 steps from the road 163 Amalfi Coast or by boat from Amalfi. The Villa Scivitella is 500 meters from the public carriage road and the path to access it includes about 130 steps.
